I was in a local bakery one Friday morning, looking at eclairs. Not just any eclairs, but custard-filled ones - my favourite - not those fresh cream ones that everybody else loves! (Bleugh!)
Here's the thing, I didn't go into that bakery looking for éclairs, BUT when the exact one that I love appeared BOOM I had to buy them.
