1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing LinkedIn to Leads Accelerator Plus, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Programme Purchase Terms.

By ticking the box at checkout, you are providing your digital signature and entering into a legally binding agreement with EF Walsh Limited.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a contract. If purchasing on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. What You Are Purchasing

LinkedIn to Leads Accelerator Plus includes:

• Access to the LinkedIn to Leads Accelerator self-paced online programme, including course videos and supporting materials

• Three (3) one-to-one coaching calls with Elaine Walsh-McGrath

Programme content is delivered online. Coaching calls are delivered remotely via video call.

3. Access and Use of Coaching Calls

The three one-to-one calls are designed to support focus, momentum and implementation.

• Calls must be booked and used within four (4) months of the purchase date

• Any unused calls after this four-month period will expire

• Calls are non-transferable and may not be deferred, substituted or carried forward

Failure to book or attend calls within this timeframe does not entitle you to a refund, credit or extension.

4. Programme Access

You will receive lifetime access to the programme materials.

For clarity, lifetime access refers to access for the lifetime of the programme. If the programme is ever retired, you will be given reasonable notice and the opportunity to download relevant materials for your personal use.

5. Licence and Intellectual Property

All programme materials, including videos, workbooks, templates, tutorials and supporting resources, remain the intellectual property of EF Walsh Limited.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own personal or business development.

You may not:

• share, reproduce or distribute the materials

• resell, licence or commercially exploit the materials

• use the materials to create competing products or services

Any unauthorised use may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

6. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this programme and the inclusion of coaching services, all sales are final.

Once access to the programme materials has been granted and/or coaching availability has been reserved, no refunds, partial refunds or credits will be issued.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are waiving your right to a refund once access has been provided.

7. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims

Results vary based on individual effort, experience and implementation.

No guarantees are made regarding income, business growth or specific outcomes. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your results, decisions and actions.

8. Client Responsibility

This programme provides education, guidance and professional insight. It does not include implementation, business management or done-for-you services.

Your progress and outcomes depend on your participation, follow-through and application of the material.

9. Termination

EF Walsh Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the programme without refund if:

• these terms are breached

• programme materials are misused or shared

• behaviour is abusive, inappropriate or disruptive

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EF Walsh Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from participation in the programme.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the programme is to discontinue participation.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
