But as a yoga teacher and coach I've been exactly where you are.


I wanted to create a different way to earn a living. To leave my office job as an Account Director in a busy Advertising Agency. Start my own business.
But I struggled to get my message across, without spending hours on creating content and not knowing if it worked or not!

I tried everything that the gurus and experts said to try.

But want to know what really happened?

I ended up spending more time on social media and less time getting my product and services right! I had more bills for ads, more views, more likes, but not more customers! Something was working, but I didn't know what, and it wasn't enough.

So  I changed my approach.


I did loads of courses to add to my 20 years of experience in marketing. And so I was posting regularly, trying everything out, I was getting some bookings but I only knew how by doing surveys.


Now I still have the same channels but I post less and it's more strategic, I have more time and more high value customers. And I know where they came from!


  • I changed how I communicate and what I'm doing is working.
  • I've more time to do what I love.
  • I am a Marketing consultant, I am a part-time yoga teacher.
  • And a full time advocate for my daughter who has Down Syndrome.
