Why Behind-the-Scenes?

1. 🤝 Humanises Your Brand: I know... if you are an entrepreneur and your brand is you... you might think... why do I need to do that? Obviously I'm a person so how much more human can you get. BUT in a digital world, people want to connect with people. Showing the faces and real moments behind your brand and your business makes you more relatable.

2. 🌐 Builds Trust: Transparency is the foundation of trust. By offering a behind-the-scenes look, you're inviting your audience into the heart of your operations, building a deeper connection. Even if that's a video of you in your home office with your laptop and your favourite coffee as you design your next social post.

3. 🚀 Showcases Authenticity: What makes your business different is you and your people. Maybe your processes. Behind-the-scenes content gives you the chance to draw an authentic picture of your brand in your prospective customer's mind. It can capture the unfiltered moments that gives them an idea of what it would be like to work with you.

4. 🌈 Highlights Your Culture: Your team culture can be the heartbeat of your business. Sharing behind-the-scenes glimpses of your team in action showcases your unique culture and dynamic. Even if that is you and your favourite tool (if you are a solopreneur.)

How to Implement Behind-the-Scenes Content:

🌐 Live Q&A Sessions: Host live sessions where you answer questions from your audience. It's a dynamic way to engage, offering an authentic view into your expertise.

  2. What events are you attending with others that you can share and give them a shout out (and therefore get the leverage that you need to grow your mutual visibility
